Emergency Communication Services
The American Red Cross communication services keep military personnel in touch with their families during times of emergency. The Red Cross sends emergency messages quickly to service members anywhere in the world, including ships at sea, embassies and isolated military bases. Active duty service members stationed within the United States and their immediate family members, members of the National Guard and Reserve forces, retired military personnel and civilians can call the the Lenoir County Chapter office at (252) 523-4528, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to speak with a trained, Armed Forces Emergency Services Caseworker. When calling to send emergency communications to a family member please have the following information available:
